Terms of Sale

1. Purpose and scope

These terms of sale (the "Terms") govern the subscription, by a professional customer (the "Customer"), to the paid subscriptions of the IZZI DEVIS online service, published by the entity identified in the legal notice (the "Publisher"). Any subscription implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms, which prevail over any other document of the Customer.

2. Plans and subscriptions

• Essential plan: diagnosis, quotes, customers, invoices.
• Pro plan: Essential + team management, supplier orders and FEC export.
• Free trial: 14 days, no commitment, with no mandatory payment method required at the start. At the end of the trial, access to the full features requires a paid subscription.

The details and current content of each plan are presented on the website at the time of subscription.

3. Prices and billing

• Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (basic exemption scheme); the price shown is therefore the net price payable.
• The subscription is billed for successive periods (monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan), in advance.
• An invoice is issued and made available to the Customer for each due date.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by our provider Stripe. Bank card details are entered and stored exclusively by Stripe; the Publisher never has access to card numbers. Payment is made by automatic direct debit at each due date. In the event of a payment failure, access to the service may be suspended after a reminder that has remained ineffective.

5. Duration, renewal and termination

• The subscription is concluded for the chosen period and automatically renewed for an identical period, unless terminated.
• The Customer may cancel at any time from their account or by writing to contact@izzidevis.com. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period already paid; periods already started are not refunded, unless a mandatory legal provision states otherwise.
• The Publisher may terminate in the event of a breach by the Customer of their obligations (in particular non-payment or non-compliance with the Terms of Use).
• After termination, the Customer has a reasonable period to export their data before deletion, under the conditions of the privacy policy.

6. Right of withdrawal

Since the service is aimed exclusively at professionals acting in the course of their business, the right of withdrawal provided by the French Consumer Code for consumers does not apply. The 14-day free trial allows the Customer to evaluate the service before any paid commitment.

7. Availability and service level

The Publisher implements reasonable means to ensure the availability of the service. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or force majeure. The service is provided "as is" and constitutes a best-efforts obligation.

8. Liability

IZZI DEVIS is a tool to assist in preparing quotes and invoices. The Customer remains solely responsible for the documents they produce, for their amounts, their mandatory statements and their transmission to their own customers. The Publisher's liability, except in the event of gross or intentional fault, is limited to the amount of the sums paid by the Customer over the last twelve (12) months. The Publisher may not be held liable for indirect damages (loss of operations, of revenue or of data attributable to the Customer).

9. Personal data

The processing of personal data, including the Publisher's role as a data processor of the Customer's customer data, is described in the privacy policy.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts. Consumer mediation does not apply, as the service is exclusively intended for professionals.
