Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These terms of use (the "Terms") set out the conditions of access to and use of the IZZI DEVIS service, an online application designed to assist with diagnosis, the drafting of quotes and invoices, and customer relationship management for automotive professionals. The publisher of the service is identified in the legal notice. Any use of the service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

2. Access to the service and account

• The service is reserved for professionals holding a valid SIRET number.
• Creating an account requires a valid email address and a password. The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
• A free 14-day trial is offered. Once it ends, access to the full features requires a paid subscription governed by the terms of sale.
• The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

The user agrees in particular not to:

• use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of third parties;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the systems, accounts or data of other users;
• disrupt the operation of the service (overloading, intrusion, injection, bypassing security measures);
• reproduce, resell or redistribute the service without the publisher's written authorization.

4. User content

The user remains the sole owner of the data they enter (customers, vehicles, quotes, invoices, prices). They warrant its lawfulness and accuracy. IZZI DEVIS is an assistance tool: the user remains solely responsible for the content, the amounts, the mandatory legal statements and the compliance of the documents they draw up and send to their own customers.

5. Intellectual property

The IZZI DEVIS brand, the software, its code and its interfaces remain the exclusive property of the publisher. The subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, limited to the duration of the subscription.

6. Availability and maintenance

The publisher implements reasonable means to ensure the availability of the service, without any obligation to achieve a specific result. The service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates or in the event of force majeure. As the service is provided online, the user is encouraged to export their important data regularly.

7. Suspension and termination

In the event of a breach of these Terms, the publisher may suspend or terminate access to the account, after notification where possible. The user may at any time stop using the service and terminate their subscription under the conditions set out in the terms of sale.

8. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy and the use of cookies in the cookie policy.

9. Amendments, applicable law and disputes

The publisher may amend these Terms; any substantial change is notified before it takes effect. The Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
